If you’re like me, lamb is the most delicious and special treat. But more importantly, it’s one of the most romantic dishes in my opinion. Mark is the master chef when it comes to lamb. He’s the simple one of our relationship. Yet, he always knows how to cook his way to my heart. Read how to make a simple lamb dish for date night at home or a romantic Valentine’s day dinner.

Here’s what you need:

  • 1 pack of lamb chops (we get them from Costco)
  • Himalayan Salt
  • Peppercorn
  • Directions: Heat up the grill. While the grill heats up, cut the lamb into individual pieces. We like to call them lollipops. Season both sides with Himalayan salt and pepper. Place pieces on the grill. Be careful and monitor the grill while they cook. You don’t want this delicate meat to burn by accident! When the meat feels cooked (usually at medium temperature when the lamb has grill marks), remove from grill. Serve with mixed greens topped with olive oil and lemon pepper (we love Trader Joes’ lemon pepper) or serve with leftover veggies. Enjoy!
