Salmon is a perfect light, yet fatty fish for keto. But even more perfect is a solution that can cook a piece of Salmon in minutes. Here’s how you can make Salmon on the grill, using a Himalayan salt block!

What you need to feed two hungry humans on the Keto diet:

  • 1-1.5 lbs of Salmon filets (we love Sockeye Salmon)
  • Himalayan Salt Block (here’s our favorites)
  • Rainbow peppercorns (or normal pepper, just for taste)
  • Leftover cauliflower or a veggie of your choice
  • What to do:
    Place Himalayan salt block on grill. Turn grill on high heat and let the Himalayan salt block heat up for about 40-50 minutes. While grill and Himalayan salt block heats up, Season Salmon with pepper. Check on the grill. Fill your hands with water and splash it on the Himalayan Salt Block. If it bubbles up and you can hear the “sizzle” noise, then it’s time to add the Salmon. Cook for about 20 minutes, or until cooked. Serve with leftover veggies and enjoy!
