This simple creamy pesto chicken tender dish is a mouth-watering, keto-approved craving that your body will thank you for. Easy to prep ahead of time and easy to pop in the oven after a long day at work. Read how to make it!

You will need:
This recipe is for 6 servings

  • 25 oz chicken tenders (boneless, skinless)
  • 3 oz butter (for frying)
  • 8.5 oz crumbled feta cheese (purchase at Costco for mega savings!)
  • 1 cup green olives, pitted
  • 1 tblsp minced garlic (we love pre-minced garlic from Costco)
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 4 oz red pesto (or green if you prefer)
  • 8-9 in baking pan
  • Directions:
Set oven to 400 degrees. Then, melt the butter in a large frying pan on medium heat. Add the chicken tenders. Cook until chicken begins to brown. Place cooked chicken into baking dish in rows.

Next, mix the cream and pesto in a medium bowl. Give it a stir until combined. Set aside.

Place olives, feta cheese, and minced garlic on top of cooked chicken tenders. Top with pesto cream sauce. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cheese is nice and bubbly. This is Mark’s fave. Enjoy!
