Grab-and-Go Breakfast: Buttery Cheese Roll-Ups

If you’re like us, we barely have time for showers. Just kidding. But meal-prepping really helps us stick to the Keto Life! These roll-ups are an easy-to-make breakfast or snack. Here’s how to do it.

  • Place cheese 8oz cheddar or provolone cheese (make sure it’s flexible, nothing too sharp) on a plate or cutting board.
  • Thinly slice 2oz of butter with a knife.
  • Place a slice of butter on top of each piece of cheese and roll up.
  • Optional: Add smoked paprika powder, sea salt, or finely chopped parsley on top. Yum!
